A few details save a round trip:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The MoveM version, from Settings at the bottom of the page.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can catch it.
Before you write
An app is not locking
Check that Screen Time permission is still granted in iOS Settings › Screen Time, and that the app in question has a daily limit and some elapsed usage. Limits apply per app, not per category.
Reps are not being counted
Lean the phone so the front camera sees your whole body, keep the room reasonably lit, and wait for the pose outline to appear before you start.
Leaderboard is empty
Turn on the ranking switch in Settings. Daily and weekly boards reset at midnight in your own time zone.
