Privacy Policy

MoveM is an iPhone app by LevenLab, an independent developer. It helps you limit chosen apps and earn that time back through exercise. This policy explains what the app collects, what never leaves your iPhone, and how to delete everything.
1. What stays on your device
Two of the most sensitive things MoveM touches are never sent anywhere:
- Screen Time selections and usage. The apps you limit are chosen through Apple's Screen Time picker. iOS hands the app opaque tokens, not names or identifiers, and your usage numbers are processed on device. We cannot see which apps you limit or how long you use them.
- Camera frames. Rep counting runs locally with Apple's on-device body-pose detection. Video is never recorded, saved or uploaded; frames are analysed in memory and discarded.
2. What we collect
Account
To sync workouts and leaderboards, the app creates an anonymous account for you on first launch — a random identifier and password generated on your device and stored in the iOS Keychain. No email address, phone number or Apple ID is required or collected.
Workout data
When you complete a workout, the app sends the exercise type, number of reps, duration, sweat points and the time it happened, together with your device time zone (used to reset daily and weekly boards at your local midnight).
Profile, if you choose
A nickname and avatar are optional and only used for the leaderboard. Joining the ranking is off until you switch it on; when it is off, your results are not shown to other users.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive a purchase status through RevenueCat so the app knows whether the lifetime unlock is active. We never see your payment details.
Analytics
We use Mixpanel to understand how features are used — for example how often a workout is started or a paywall is shown. Events are tied to a random installation identifier, not to your identity, and never include Screen Time data or camera content.
Photos
If you save a share card, iOS asks for permission to add that one image to your photo library. MoveM never reads your existing photos.
3. Why we process it
- To run the features you asked for: locking, unlocking, stats, leaderboards and share cards.
- To keep rankings fair — for example rejecting results that are physically impossible.
- To fix bugs and improve the app through aggregate usage analytics.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract (running the app and your purchase), your consent (joining the leaderboard) and our legitimate interest (security, anti-cheating and product improvement).
4. Who else is involved
- Supabase — hosting for the database, storage and server functions behind accounts, workouts and leaderboards.
- RevenueCat — purchase status.
- Mixpanel — product analytics.
- Apple — the App Store, payments and system frameworks.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Workout records and profile details are kept while your account exists, so your history and rankings remain meaningful. Delete your account and they are removed, including any avatar you uploaded. Aggregate analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
6. Your choices
- Leave the ranking — turn off the leaderboard switch in Settings at any time.
- Erase your history — clear local workout records from Settings.
- Delete your account — Settings › Delete Account removes your account, workouts, profile and avatar from our servers. This cannot be undone.
- Revoke permissions — camera, Screen Time and photo access can be withdrawn in the iOS Settings app.
- Ask us — for access, correction, export or deletion, email isrealleven@163.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
MoveM is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Account credentials live in the iOS Keychain, and server-side access rules restrict each account to its own records. No system is perfect, but we work to keep the amount of data we hold small on purpose.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the app. Continuing to use MoveM after an update means you accept the revised policy.
11. Who is responsible
MoveM is made by LevenLab, an independent developer. LevenLab is the data controller for the information described above.
